Do you offer monthly memberships?

No, we do not offer monthly memberships. We try to keep the process as simple and straight forward as possible. You will most likely pay more money in the long run with monthly memberships and you may experience interruptions in care using subscription or membership based plans.

Do you offer payment plans?

All invoices are sent via PayPal. PayPal offers “Pay in 4” and “PayPal Credit” options. Also, you do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction.

How long before I receive my prescription?

This varies, however, 2 to 3 business days is the typical turnaround time.

Are there any additional fees?

There are zero hidden fees. There are zero additional costs. Prices include medication, supplies, consultation and all associated fees.

How much is the consultation?

The consultation and all associated fees are included in the cost. There are no additional costs.

What if I have a question?

As a patient of APEX MEDICAL, you will have direct access to your provider and all questions will be answered promptly, during normal business hours.

What are your office hours?

M-F 7AM TO 4 PM EST AFTER HOURS BY APPT ONLY

Do you take insurance?

No, we do not take insurance. However, if you require lab work, insurance can be used and will be collected at your lab draw appointment.

What is a compounding pharmacy?

A compounding pharmacy is a specialty pharmacy that makes customized medications to meet the unique needs of the patient and the provider. Customizing the medications often times involves preparing a combination of medications, tailoring a specific dosage or altering the medication in some way that is not available at a traditional pharmacy.

What pharmacy do you use?

APEX MEDICAL prescribes compounded medications from NABP accredited pharmacies. APEX MEDICAL is affiliated with the following NABP accredited compounding pharmacies:
